Registration and Information Desks
Upon arrival, please approach the Registration Desk to collect your name badge. The Registration Desk will be operated at the following location and hours:

Speakers’ Preview Room

Speakers and oral presenters are requested to bring their PowerPoint presentation files to the Speakers’ Preview Room at least 3 hours before their session starts.
E-posters
E-posters will be displayed at the Exhibition Area located at Room S221 Foyer and Room S222 – S223 during the Congress.
Exhibition
The exhibition is located at the S221 Foyer and Room S222-S223, Level 2, HKCEC on 6 – 8 June 2025.
Coffee/Tea
Coffee/Tea and Refreshments will be served at the designated times.
Lunch
Complimentary lunch will be provided with limited quota on a first-come-first-served basis during the designated times.
Bring your Own Bottle
You are recommended to bring your own reusable bottles and mugs. Water dispensers will be available at the venue.
Identification Badges
All participants will receive an identification badge upon registration. Name badges are required at all times for identification purposes and admission to the Congress.
Internet Service
Complimentary WIFI access is available in all the HKCEC venues. To ensure reasonable performance and fair use by all Wi-Fi service users, there is a 240-minute usage limit of each session of the complimentary Wi-Fi service upon successful login for each device. Users can login again for the complimentary Wi-Fi service after each session or disconnection.
Language
The official language of the Congress is English. There will be no simultaneous interpretation.
Professional Accreditations
Should Hong Kong delegates wish to obtain CME/CNE points, please signify your attendance at the Registration Area. Please find more details at https://www.hkccasc.com/2025/accreditation-cme-cne.html.
Certificate of Attendance
E-certificate of attendance will be sent to those attended the Congress by email within one week after the Congress.
